Hello folks. Just wanted to drop a short note on here to report that I traded my truck in yesterday and now, for the first time in many years, no longer have a Ford truck. We traded our truck and 5th wheel in for a class A diesel pusher. We had been talking about it for a long time and finally took the plunge. The DP was just delivered yesterday and boy oh boy, do I have a lot learn. I really liked the '12 F450 and miss it already. I just could not justify having that truck without a big trailer to pull. We ended up finding a '13 41 foot "Berkshire" with a 6.7 (Cummins) in it and only 8K miles. I am hoping I have as good of luck with the moho as I have over the years with my 6 Ford trucks. Good luck to all of you and stay safe out there! -Glenn
Enjoy the DP Glenn. We will go that way someday too when the wife goes part time or retires. We just can't justify having that much tied up in a drivetrain that get's used a couple of times a year. I can't wait to make that switch though after touring the DP's at Lazy Days in Tampa. Just amazing machines and the fit and finish is so far beyond towables, it's just crazy. Enjoy the transition!!! And, hey, there's always a F150 waiting to park in your garage... They make good dinghy's too....
Congrats! How does WA determine license tag fees? In Michigan its based on value for any motor vehicle. That makes those tags in the thousands every single year according to friends of mine. Of course there are those that title the vehicle in Montana as a llc. Any towable in Michigan gets a permanent one-time-fee tag.

Congratulations! MOHO is a great solution for many that can really get the use out of it. Pictures?

Hello Dave. We don't have that issue up here because it is a "flat rate" license tab each year. They do throw in a few extra taxes and such for the weight issue, but even at that is will only be about $80.00 per year.

Well, here is a picture as it arrived at my house yesterday from Kentucky. It is really dirty outside after traveling 2600 miles to get to my house (the inside is nice and clean). It is a 2013 Forest River Berkshire about 41 foot long total with 4 slides. It also has full body paint and 4 coats of clear coat on top (I have hated the decals on my 5th wheels). Should be a lot of fun! We go at least weekend camping a couple of times a month from about March to September each year and take a "epic" trip for about 2 weeks each summer, so I plan on using this one as well. -Glenn

Perfect! Enjoy, and lets see some photos!
EDIT: My work internet blocks the photo's but it sounds like you already put one up. I'll have to look from home.
Been there, done that.....LOL Then we came back......LOL!!!
We have owned 2 American Eagles diesel pushers and the latest was a National RV Pacifica diesel pusher. All were fun on the road, but in the end we still came back to tugging a 5th wheel behind us.
May it serve you well as you travel along following the road to who knows where......
