My 7.3 died need help to get running

I have a 1995 f350 power stroke. I let a buddy borrow it and it died on him. All he said was it spuddered And died. Would not restart. So for the things I have replaced.
Brand new cps,new ipr, checked fuel pump drain the bowl and it refills. The truck had stage 1 injectors installed 40,000 miles ago. The truck won't even try to fire I have checked fuse 22 and heater is unplugged. I may have forgot some other things I've checked but hopefully someone can help really need my truck. Oh yea also truck has a reman hpop on it as well thanks for any help

Check the oil.
I assume it has a chip in it. Pull it and try. Remember to take the key out of the ignition first.

Have you pulled codes yet? Until you pull codes then all you're doing is loading up the parts cannon and firing at will.

The fuel pump is a two stage pump. The low pressure side fills the bowl, but then it goes from the bowl back to the high pressure side of the pump. Check fuel pressure while cranking. You need at least 20 psi. Make sure your batteries are fully charged also. PCM has to see a minimum of 10.5 volts while cranking to tell the IDM to fire the injectors.

Yep. Just a stick style tire pressure gauge will work.

Buy one. They're extremely cheap these days, even scanners that pull live data (real diagnostic tool) can be had for like $300.

Something like this will work for 95% of what you'll end up working on.

There are only a handful of scanners that will communicate with our trucks. Most of the generic scanners won't work.

Has worked on everything I've plugged into so far. These are a few steps above the cheap scanners at autozone

If the HPOP reservoir was low, how low was the crankcase?
