Cut and pasted from another website, I do know you can get just the motor.
Basic breakdown:
Disconnect the hose for the wiper fluid.
Remove the wiper arms.
Unscrew the plastic shroud at the bottom of the windshield.
Remove Antenna.
Remove hood seal.
Remove Shroud.
Disconnect wiring harness from wiper motor.
There were 4 or 5 bolts that hold down the wiper assembly. You may have to turn the motor manually to get it in a position to get it out. Remove the bolts.
