how do you replace radious arm bushings???

how do you replace radious arm bushings???
good news guys, the radias arm brackets are bolted on i guess they musta been replaced at some point in the trucks life, i also got a second oppinion on them and i was told there fine, i kinda suspected the alignment shop to be shafting me on it a little, so im not gonna replace them but if and when i do there bolted on so it will be a snap eh....
