2" Summit Billet level kit, stock 275/55/20 wheels, waiting for new tires when needed. Could not stand the low nose and factory rake on this truck, like it much better now.
Make sure you disconnect your electronic steering control box before you start pounding on things to break the ball joints loose etc. Follow the instructions and watch some videos online before you do the install, but it's about 2-3 hours start to finish without power tools doing it in your garage or driveway.
I'm running 2" lift struts on the front (3" blocks coming for the rear) and stock 18" wheel and tires. I've seen plenty of pictures of "leveled" (lifting both ends a bit isn't levelling strictly speaking) F150s with stock wheels and they look fine. Do they look *better* with a bit bigger and meatier tires? Well yeah. But stock doesn't look weird.
I have a 2009 so no electric rack to worry about, but I do see that there is a connector to pull before you break out the hammer if you do.
I was going to install them myself but I don't have a garage and the weather here is kind of wet this time of year, so I paid a local indie shop $250 (~$188USD) to install and align.

I recommend doing the front and rear. I bought the 2" front spacers,and even though it measures level the front wheel wells are larger and it looked nose high to me. I bought the 3" rear block kit and it sits perfect with basically a 35" tire. Pics on my profile page in my Garage- some with stock tires and front spacers only. Ones with the black Fuel wheels are from this Summer

Thanks guys. Shipping was fast and got my spacers in 3 days but I'm going to wait until next weekend to use a buddies lift. I plan on putting an add a lead or air bags in the rear down the road
I had the AirLift bags and still did the blocks after, I could get it close to level but it rode like crap. Now I just keep around 25 psi in the bags unless I'm towing. Rides much nicer
I have seen those wheels look good with black plastidip. It is a little cold to be doing them right now unless you have a heated garage or shop. Plastidip likes multiple coats and hot weather.
I put Cooper Discover AT3 275/70/R18's on mine and I had to reprogram the tire size to get the navigation to work. Even with the new tire size programmed it's hit or miss if it will be correct when I'm in town.

I love the LT series stiffer side walls.
I don't have nav so I'm not worried about that. How do you like the size?
I'm not a jumbo tire redneck...but I was debating that size which is 33.23" tall or taller skinnier 285/75/18 and decided to go with the 275/70. I haven't lifted or leveled my truck and I think the 2" front leveling is needed for the taller 285/75. My 4X4 time is usually spent in snow so I like a tall skinny tire.
So far I think the 275/70 looks better than the stock size without going jumbo. They ride better and go through snow better (6" last night). Best all round tire I've had. I had true snow tires before and they didn't out perform these in the snow, and they are so soft that they need to be only used in snow.
Have fun deciding...there are tons of choices out there.
