Center cap ideas

I am putting steel wheels all around on my 99 dually. I want to look like police crown Vic's with black wheels Crome center caps. My current caps will not clip to steel wheels.

Is the center caps that will clip over the lugs on a dually?

I know on the 2011 and newer, SRW and DRW clip onto the lugs.

I believe the caps on the 1996 clipped on the lug nuts also.

The steel and aluminum use the same lug nuts.

Not sure when they changed the bolt pattern to 8x200 but best to make sure you get the right ones.
