I actually found a 95 D60 I will be looking at soon. I think the ball joints and bigger rotors are better for my applications. I may get a KP if one comes my way but honestly I will go for just about anything at this point. I can't wait to put my new springs in with it.
Where are you located?
I think in another thread I read Md?
Ok cool; I didnt want to see you go through all the effort for something that was a dud...
That would have been a royal pain. I don't want to derail this thread but I wanted to ask about your boost fooler...how do you make it and is it worth it?

I think I bought it here.. Not sure if a federal truck would need one.. Ive got splits and a 17 degree hpop.. Do you throw a CEL on overboost? My CEL still comes on but for hpop not boost.. Ive got it mounted neatly on the side of the engine cowl. Is it worth it? Id say yes.. Driven Diesel Overboost Annihilator 99-03 7.3L Ford Powerstroke
Make sure you get the pitman arm, track bar, track bar bracket, and the u-bolt bracket for the drivers side. All the tire rod and drag link stuff too.
And to your original question...See if you can get the front drive shaft too, even if it needs rebuilding. And for super bonus points the front yoke from the transfer case.
Edited to add: Get the rear lift blocks too unless you have another solution to lift the rear. Many people will tell you to not reuse U-bolts... The 350 may also have an overload leaf and spacer bracket that may be of interest to you. You will need the frame 'ears' that that these settle onto.
Snag sway bar pieces if you can. The clamps on the axle can be tricky to source, but can be fab'd if you are handy. Same thing with the frame end of the sway bar links, front and rear.

The yoke from the t-case will only work if the it a '96 or '97 with a 4407 t-case. If the donor truck is a '95 or back, it has a 1356 t-case, and that yoke won't work on the 4407. And good call on the rear blocks and u-bolts! I forgot about those! LOL!
