anyone know anything about these error codes? p0170 is fuel trim bank 1 and p1247 is low turbo boost pressure from what i can tell but i do not know what is causing them. Ive posted about this before and ive googled the **** out of it and gotten no conclusive results. I have a 2013 f350 platinum 6.7 powerstroke exhaust and egr deleted with a h&s mini max tuner with an SPE tune. All my problems started when I did the delete and and added the SPE tune. It pretty much acts normal when its warm outside when im not towing anything unless using Im using the performance setting and giving it the onion. Then its like it goes into a kind of limp mode, turbo boost pressure cuts in half and it has no power, smokes like a *******. Does the same thing in stock mode when towing if there are any hills involved, its like if it needs the power it goes into limp mode, but driving normally in stock mode without towing there is never any problems or any indication of a problem until it gets cold out, then these codes show up. Ive called SPE they say the p0170 code is normal when its cold and they have no idea why and no fix for it. If i clear the p0170 code when it shows up then it runs and acts fine when not towing, if i dont clear it then the p1247 code shows up, power/turbo boost cuts in half and its a gutless pig. Due to this Im thinking the two problems are related and that the p0170 isnt exactly normal. Anyone else experienced these problems/error codes or have any insight? Ive had this problem for a couple years, its mostly not an issue when not towing but gets very bad when towing 9000 pounds. Ive taken it to a dealer and theyve fixed a vacuum leak and replaced some turbo actuator valve which seemed to fix the problem for a couple days but now its back. Really dont want to put it all back to stock to fix the issue, and i think it should be possible to solve the problem without doing that. I find it hard to believe im the only one with such issues. Any help appreciated.
