engine help
could be a lot of things, sticky lifters, injector noise, exhaust leak(most likely).
You will have to narrow it down to a place in the engine compartment where you hear it for us to help more.
Any other engine problems, or past engine problems? oil pressure, overheating, hard starting? These events may contribute to whatever is causing the 'tick'.
Post back with more info. please include miles, 4x4 or 2WD, auto or manual, and when the tick starts( speed, rpm, shifting) and if it stops for anything. That info will help us help you.
