Air bags
I have a 2015 f350 dually with 22.5" wheels with sumitomo tires on it... It rides a little rough, (yes because semi tires) so I changed factory shocks to bill stein shocks, made it a little smoother, will air bags help the ride out at all?

Unlikely. Airbags are for assisting in carrying loads, they are not "pillows" to soften the ride. If you add airbags it will just raise the truck a bit and may ride rougher. Any load you remove from the springs will be transferred to the big rubber bags.
