I thought at first you were going to weld a plate over the hole.
That floor rubber mat, Sir, where to obtain?

Thanks,

AcesHigh,
I am going to venture to say I have the same, if not similar, brake MC from CPP. My question is, are you driving/braking your truck? I can't seem to get past "MUSHY" on my pedal.
Thoughts?
Paul

Go to Mid Fifty or any other Ford truck parts catalog store. Here is their link:

Paul, I'm still working to get past "mushy" myself.

To get past mushy requires you to start at the beginning and pull all 4 wheels and check condition of the wheel cylinders and brake shoes and replace as necessary, (I actually replaced everything)replace the fluid and check the master cylinder and brake lines for leaks. Mushy brakes is more than likely a combination of several things, not just one thing.

Everything on my truck is brand new except the cab and frame. The whole brake system is new, with 4 wheel discs. Still mushy. Through process of elimination, Id have to say the machining in the CPP proportioning valve assembly is somewhat sloppy. I've heard of several others with the same problem. Fortunately, CPP is a very good company, and stands behind their products so I'm sure it'll get worked out before I drive it a long distance.
