Contact the seller. Until you know from what year of truck they came, you won't know. If they're from a '99 or later, they won't fit. If they're from a '97 or earlier, they will fit.

Looks like too new of rim for your truck. Ain't them King Ranch wheels off a mid-2000's sooper dooty?

just by looking at the indentations in the wheel from the lug nuts, i can tell you they are metric rims and will not fit on your 84

yes they do, but 4 adapters are going to cost you close to $200 and they throw bearing loads and wheel backspacing out of specification.
plus, if you do not get hub centric spacers the wheels will never balance properly, wobble, and snap studs or wallow out the bolt holes ruining the rims.

Since we're on the topic, I have always wondered if you could re-drill wheels like those to the 8x6.5 pattern. There's quite a bit of meat between the existing holes; could you drill and countersink there?

(I"ll answer my own question here) Probably not. It would weaken the wheel by a large amount, I daresay.

if you can find some studs like these, it should work perfect!

i would not attempt to do this,
spend your money on the right set of rims...

FWIW, if you have had friends that have modified the rims, why are you even asking this question???
see ya on the flatbed! hope your rim doesn't kill anyone.

all it takes is a sign plate and a mill.
pretty easy in the eyes of a machinist.
but youll be making your own lugnuts also.

a machinist makes approximately 150/hr.
so thats an hour to set up the mill
and roughly an hour for each rim.
then swap over to the lathe for the lugnuts to make 32 lugnuts?
forget all that, ill buy the correct ones.
