Summit Racing Equipment...
i have only ever dealt with Summit Racing Equipment once... and it's something i never want to have to go through again.
here's how it went...
i was building a 351W for my F-250 that i had at the time and i needed a carb. prices from SRE looked pretty good so i ordered an Edelbrock 650 performer and expected it within 2 weeks... i live in Canada BTW. got the package 1 day short of the 2 weeks and it looked kind of small to be the carb and when i opened it, it had an MSD ignition box in it. i called them and they told me that they couldn't have possibly made that kind of mistake... i was not happy when they told me that
so, i told them i would take some pictures of the package, packing slip, invoice, as well as my original order and would send it to them. so, at this point, i'm out almost $500 plus a $94 brokerage fee from UPS. when they got the pics and called me back, they said they were very sorry for this happening but i had to ship the ignition box back to them at my own cost($12) and they would send the correct part to me. well, guess what happened next... i got nailed for another $94 brokerage fee. i was furious at this point and called them asking them what they were going to do when i had to pay for their mistake... they told me that if i lived in the US, i would get a gift card for the extra amount that i ended up paying .
i will never deal with them again. nor can i ever recommend that anyone in Canada do so either

The last time I ordered something from Summit I prepaid the taxes and duty so no brokerage fee was charged.Check your invoice, maybe UPS made a mistake.
I recently had to return something to Rockauto and they emailed me a shipping label so I didn't have to pay any shipping charges.I am surprised Summit can't do the same thing.
