Long tube headers?
I have had a bad exhaust leak for a while now and I found the source... A tumb sized hole in me headers... So I want to put long tubes on my truck but my question is will I have to get a new y pipe and converter set up or can I use the old one?

Climb under your truck and look at your existing setup. (whatever it may be as you did not describe it). Now envision that long tube headers will likely exit farther down and back than what I assume to be your current setup. Now ask yourself if your existing Y pipe will bolt up. I would suspect no. Now go on to your cat. Is it a single, (stock) setup or something fabricated in the muffler shop? Can you see any way of attaching your header collectors to the cat inlet? Chances are, you can accommodate with a modified Y pipe, but again, I have no knowledge of what you currently have.
