Need help with vin decoding

Need help with vin decoding
I have done some searching to try and decode my vin on an old 54 (I think) but I can seem to find one that matches and was hoping for some help. The first part of the vin is FAE83AHR, I know that it came from Windsor Ontario, but can't seem to find an example for the rest.
Any help you guys could offer would be greatly appreciated. I will hopefully be starting a build thread soon as well.
