Replacing up-pipes???

So replacing the up-pipes on my EX. So I have one quick question...I have the thin steel gaskets for the baby's butt, but do I need anything for the manifolds? Does anything go there? I cannot find the answer any where on the net!

No gasket between the exhaust maniflod to up pipe just tighten the bolts and your good

You should lightly sand the exhaust manifold for a smooth, clean mating surface for those shiny, new up-pipes.
