If the firing order is 13726548 its a Windsor. The 302 HO has the same firing order. By the way the pictures look its not a 302 HO cause of the intake. if its 15426378
Being blue, I'd say late 70's-early 80's 351W and C6. By the mid 80's Ford's corporate engine color was grey. The funky trans dipstick says originally a van application. All 351's are 1372 firing order. Block and date codes are behind the starter. You're probably correct it won't take an OEM roller cam. Still, for the price you're in good shape. The small block C6 is worth at least that much alone.
