Bad knock

Rins as if its a diesel and ita gasoline 5.4 very disappointed

Sympathy?

If you want help, more information is in order. Is this the 5.4 3v or 5.4 2v?
Is the engine actually knocking (indicating main bearings, perhaps)?
Is the sound more of a "diesel" sound? Does it sound perhaps like an exhaust leak that goes away at certain rpms (caused by bad cam phasers)?

More information is needed.
