01 excursion 170k. NO power when cold. 9 miles per gallon. All glow plugs are within 10k as well as glow plug module. Replaced turbo orings and at same time eliminated ebpv, installed bd wheel and upgraded the up pipes. Has a edge programmer which I will am pulling this weekend for my new ts chip. 6637 air and a straight pipe. Also a shift correction kit in Tranny.
Did none of these things to fix my problems. Just stuff I've done for fun. I feel my injectors are to blame. Just wanted thoughts on that. Maybe fuel additive if so? Oil additive? Thanks!
To be fair the excursion is the wife's rig. I don't drive it much. Probably why it's still has a problem. It's the rare days I drive it and go wow this isn't how I remember this thing.

Not sure what cac is but I replaced intercooler boots not to long ago because I saw a tear in one. Fuel filters I do every othe oil change and never look bad.

Well it runs great and has great power still. It's the horrible mileage that concerns me. I can't see a lack of fuel pressure creating 9 mpg. Pretty sure it's the injectors. I was just hoping for something a little cheaper. The hybrids I want would also like a different turbo and so on... Like buying another car to throw under the hood.
I'll drive it to work again so I can hook up the ids. What all info are you looking to see? Don't have a boost gauge and can't remember if the data shows a boost reading on these. Well I do have some extra isspro guages from an older power stroke of mine that I haven't installed yet. Whoops.
