I have a 2001 F250 gas engine. I have been having an issue with brake caliper sticking and of course heating up. Would the Blue Driver or any iphone monitor tell you this was happening. On any of these, do you just buy the sensor from the vendor of the app or can you buy it cheaper elsewhere. I could not see how much or how to buy the sensor. It seems like they were making it difficult so you would "accidentally" buy the sensor before you knew it. Thanks for any help.
I'm no expert but a moderator will help direct you to better help.
I don't believe that there is any way possible for On Board Diagnostic information to be collected from a brake caliper on any ford truck. The only info you could gain would probably be emissions related, like working O2 sensors and mass air sensors.
