So guy I bought truck from put a custom fuel tank in the truck, only 15 gallons too. I have no sending unit in the tank so Im fying blind when it comes to how much diesel I have.
Looking for the easiest route to go with this. Thinking Bronco graveyard sending unit, but what else would I need?
Is it a 15 gal manufactured fuel cell or a one off custom built tank? if it is a manufactured fuel cell you should be able to get a float/sending unit.
If one off custom built you could mod the tank to accept a digital fuel gauge??
It may be easiest, cheapest and best to put an OE tank and sender in. You should get more capacity and a functional gauge... though I'm not sure what pump setup you have.
