Perhaps you could be more specific. Are you talking about engines, body parts, interior parts, electrical components, etc...
For the most part, the 1973 to 1979 pieces are interchangable (hence the name of this forum). However, there are some that are not. It really depends on the trim packages, engine options, body styles, etc. of the vehicle.
Let us know specifically what you're looking for or trying to do, and I have no doubt that someone will be able to help you out.
