Sync Fuse?

Does anyone know what fuse the sync with nav is controlled by on the 2011 F250's? My navigation and user device are not working..When I click on media, then user device, it says connection error see dealer. I've read pulling the fuse fixes is most times.. Can anyone help me out? Thanks again guys!

Damn.. I already pulled that one.. Alright I'll try the removing positive terminal from battery.. Other than that, I guess it's going to the dealer

No luck on pulling terminal... Still the same problem.. Looks like to the dealer it goes
