Do the LED light bars mounted in the stock bumper opening impede the air flow to the coolers behind the light bars?
Couldnt tell ya. Doesnt get hot where I live so not really worried about it, and I dont tow so never working it hard. If you used the single row LED bar it would allow more airflow for sure.
Yes, my bar operates as the factory fog lights did. Removed factory fog lights and put a connector to the LED bar.
Mine is a spot/flood combo, I would not recommend it. I would use a narrow spot beam only if I had the chance to do it again. The flood portion blinds oncoming traffic so I cant use it on the highway much.
I'll be putting a set of Rigid Dually DOT approved fogs on my Ex in place of the factory ones, then next to them will either be D2 hyperspots or a 10" Bar, have not really decided yet. This will replace my 4 Hella 500 Halogen lights on the front.

how did you wire it to your factory fog lights plugs? I just installed a 20in light bar for my front bumper and want to do the same. But can. Or find anything in regards to the detail of where/which wire to connect to what.
Don't need no stinkin' light bars. Just a big bumper and a Buttload of wiring. Actually it just added up over the years.
Particularly after I got the heck out of California Yes, those are Fog lights under the bumper. The Rigid's also have a yellow tinted cover for foggy days.
