I am looking for a few measurements from any one who has a super duty with a backrack brand cab rack. I looked up the dimensions on line, but it doesn't say what part the measurements are taken from.
here is a picure of the measurements i need:
I need these measurements to decide if i should buy a new rack or if i can use my old one on the new truck.
1. Those stickers are very expensive.
2. It takes a lot of time and effort to design something that fancy.
3. It takes a lot of time and effort to make those bends and weld things at right angles.
What does one of those sell for? It looks like it could be made for less than $50 in metal.
they used to be much more expensive, but now they sell the mounting brackets seperately. the one for the super duty trucks can be had for about $160 without brackets.
I hate the mounting brackets that they use so i make my own low profile toolbox mounts.

You are correct. except the sticker are free if you ask them for some. i could make my own rack, but with the cost of steel and the cost of my time to build it i could buy one for less.
