Ruby Red Platinum Super Duty
This might seem weird and a little OCD, but no matter what configuration I try on the "Build and Price" for Platinum Super Dutys, I can't ever get that good looking Ruby Red as an exterior color option. I've tried the whole lineup (250s-450s with and without dualies) and still can't get it. Anyone know if they actually make a truck in that color, or was it just for the model pictures?

Oh really? That might be. The red they have online for the King Ranch is called Autumn Red, not that it really matters, they're all the same really.

I thought the Ruby Red was a new color option for the 2014 model year, which isn't on Ford's site yet.

That might be it. But I don't understand why they'd advertise it exclusively with the Platinum trim which came out in 2013.

I bought my 2013 Ruby Red Platinum about 3 weeks ago. I really wanted that color and when I tried to build one on Fords website it would not ever let me pick that color. I got really nervous and started looking and ended up finding the exact truck I would have special ordered on a dealer lot about 100 miles away. I couldn't be happier and the color is awesome. My local dealer actually got a 2014 Ruby Platinum in about 10 days after I picked mine up. I still am a little confused as to why you can't select Ruby on their site.
