09 Escape brake flush

I've used a Motive pressure bleeder on two other vehicles but not my 2009 Escape yet.
A had a problem with the LR only on a 1990 Buick and had to use a hand vacuum bleeder to get it started. After that, the pressure bleeder worked fine. In fact, a line rusted out on this vehicle and I'm in the process of replacing all the lines right now. What a PITA!
How exactly are you using the Motive pressure bleeder? This is a engine OFF, one person method.
Otherwise, you need a helper to depress/hold the brake pedal with the engine running while you bleed each wheel.
I improved on the Motive but adding quick disconnects to avoid twisting lines right away. There's no manual pressure release on these which it should have. I just bought a 453 or .453" short tubeless valve stem. Drilled a 29/64" hole near the lid, fished in the stem, attached a valve core removal tool and popped it in. Works like a charm
