Need help finding drag link tie rod end

Hello everyone, new to the forum and the first post is always heres the problem im having can you help me out type.

Been searching for the past few weeks with no success.

I have 2000 F350 SD SRW. Truck has a 14 inch lift with 40 inch mtr's. Had a little incident and long story short the drop pitman arm was bent about an inch back. I bought a skyjacker 8'' drop pitman.

Here is my problem. The suspension on the truck is custom, so the drag link tie rod that is there now is not the original (Moog ES3427T) but Moog ES2027L which has a bigger taper. The new pitman arm taper is for the original smaller size (.612-.702 i think).

I cannot install the original size because the rod thread size is much larger 1''-16 rather than 5/8-18 like the drag link itself.

I need to find a tie rod end that will have a taper similar to or smaller than .612 upper and .702 lower and thread size of 5/8-18. Does anyone know where i can search for that?

The following is a Moog parts link if anyone is interested that ive been using but cannot find what i need. Any help much appreciated, ive been through every local parts store every day for the past 2 weeks trying to get this fixed.

The Moog Es2027L is a tie rod end for a Chevrolet K20, so finding the rest of the parts should be pretty easy.

Sounds like you're trying to make things work with mismatched components.

I'd suggest getting in touch with Moog and seeing what they have to say, hopefully they can get you in contact with someone who can help. Failing that I'd suggest replacing the right-inner tie rod end with one that's spec'd for a Super Duty. There is a fair amount of variability that can be done with the adjusting sleeve, so I'm thinking you should be able to get the wheel straight.

If that won't work you're going to probably need to source the same pitman arm that came with the lift, and I have no clue where you'd start trying to find one of those.

This happened to me on my 77 F250 lifted. I found that a 1950's tie rod end fitted the drag link perfectly. Look for something lower duty.
