I think you may have to pony up the $19.99 to become a supporting FTE member here to get access to the RHN (roadside help network) but it would probably be worth your while. It consists of a map of the U.S. with contact info for members who if they are available will help you out in a pinch and it lists what tools including scanners they have. IIRC, Tugly set it up:
