Cruise Control
I have a 2003 F-350 7.3, 4x4, no Cruise Control, Electric Windows,electric locks just a plain truck. Does have auto trans.
Went to junk yard found a 04 with cruise.Steering wheel(noairbag), cruise control box on fender.
This truck had a V-10 in it.
Can this work on mine?

I did notice it had a sensor on the master cylinder , mine didn't.

I suspect the diesel cruise control won't use engine vacuum, whereas the V10 gas setup might. You might try to find a sympathetic parts guy to look up some numbers and see what you can learn about similar and dissimilar elements of the two systems.

I am in the process of adding cruise to mine . i have a 2001 250 v10 crew. the harness is already in place . if you do a ebay search they have kits for add on cruise. I know for my truck i need a steering wheel with cruise. the clock spring under the wheel that is setup for cruise. the master cylinder with the cruise brake switch on it. and the modulation motor with cable that runs to the throttle body. the computer is already to go so it should be plug and play. do a google search i was reading a bunch of post on a diesel forum on it.
