need more power
Always and on everything!

There are very few choices in the aftermarket for super/turbo charging the mighty V-10 though. Some custom fab work and tuning may be needed to get the best performing finished product.
Is this just for a general "more power" need simply to have more power or are you doing something with the rig that is leaving you dissatisfied with the 6.8's performance?
"The 3v V10 was a serious re-design that included and entirely new intake air box, a variable volume computer controlled Plenum/intake manifold, much more header like exhaust manifolds, twin catalytic converters and new Two to One collector back to a very large muffler ... these changes also included new PCM computer control with a new communications interface (CAN) and distributed computing in several break out black boxes...for example the fuel injectors are on their own separate computer.
They also mated this motor to the 5R110 TorqShift 5 speed auto trany with enhanced Tow/haul mode and engine braking for down hill grades...the entire Power-train is fully computer controlled to include a electronic throttle and throttle body that allows the cruise control system to not be a separate function with additional sensors, actuators, and controls."
So given that info, you could be better off with headers, tuner and exhaust upgrades. I have spoken to a few shops here in the east coast, the unfamiliarity with finding the supercharger drove the pricing sky high. To the point it easily covered the above changes I mentioned.
Ball park stock you should be making about 310 Hp & 425 TQ. Remember its a 7000+ish pounds empty. When you say more power do you mean more HP or more TQ? I'd start chasing TQ numbers as that is what you really need to move nearly 4 tons quickly.
Just my two cents.
The 2V V-10 like ours does make decent torque, what you really are using towing, but it makes it at RPMs above where you will be in OD at highway speeds with stock-ish tires and 3.73 gearing. Deeper gears will move the motor up into a much better RPM range on the highway where it is making better torque, over 2200 RPMs it will be near peak torque and feel so much stronger than it does at 1800-1900 where 3.73s will have it at 65 MPH.
Proper gear selection is dependent on tire size, I use this tire size/gear ratio calculator 4Lo.com :: Tire Size Change, New Gear Ratio Calculator to calculate new effective ratios (you want to use 31.5" as the old tire size in the fill-ins). A new effective ratio of 4.30 or slightly deeper (higher numerical value) will get you into the better RPM range for improved TQ. My 35"s and 4.88s give me an effective ratio of 4.39 and I turn 2230 RPMs at 65 MPH in OD and it pulls great, much better than stock.
Smaller performance increases are available from good long tube headers (I use the Banks headers) and custom tunes (5Star tunes on mine). The headers (and maybe a more free flowing muffler) will help to uncork the motor some and give a bit more power and better throttle response across the entire RPM range. Tunes offer a modest power output bump but the improvement in transmission performance and shift strategies is worth the investment alone. Cold air intakes will make more noise but that's about it, the stock air box and good paper filter will outflow the V-10 at WOT. The ever popular "Zoodad mod", simply cutting a hole in the header panel just in front of the stock airbox inlet to allow more fresh air in easier, is a free mod that lowers intake air temps.
Look at your factory Y pipe, does it look more like a strangled T than a Y?

Just replacing that monstrosity will help to free up the exhaust if you don't want to make the investment in headers (which nearly all include a new Y pipe).

I love to read these threads. I smile from ear to ear knowing my V10 kenne bell is sitting in garage. I really need to bite the bullet and put it on so I can comment intellectually on these questions.
I have 2, yes two V10 excursions. Just don't know which one to put it on.
Just waiting on Googlemaps to find his location. I put in the only info I know about him...
