Theft Prevention
I have dealt with bully's like you before. I like to talk face to face with the bully's alone. In this case you are bullying people from behind your keyboard which is the Lowest and most Cowardliness form of bullying.
If ever you are in our around Austin Texas, PM me and we can have that talk.

If I was that worried about someone stealing my truck the first thing I'd do is get full coverage insurance.
This is better than watching t.v. on one hand you have a person make a straight forward comment not offending the o.p. and on the other you have a person that blew it wwaayy out of proportion for no good reason. Good times Good times
Unfortunately between the wing window, simple door, and basic ignition our trucks stock are both very easy to break into and easy to drive away. I have a few suggestions though. To prevent breaking the window add a film, 3M makes a film that goes on glass and will make it very hard to get through it. To prevent getting in through the wing window add a piece of plastic to the window seal, between the seal and glass to prevent sticking something through the seal. To prevent driving it off hide a switch.
One piece of good news is that the design of the door makes various tools that get to the inner button/handle hard. The bad news is that they are easy to slim jim but that at least takes some skill.
If they are using a tow truck best option is a good alarm.
There are good ways to find your truck now though, better then lo-jack. Just get a cell phone or similar tracking device with GPS tracking. Hide it in the truck and wire it up so it's charging. Then when your truck gets stolen or just towed you have until the battery dies in the phone to find your truck.

Great idea, way cheaper than LoJack. FYI, Ca just track down some thieves/murders who took the victims car and drove to Portland Or. using the on board GPS system.
