I have driven 80 in this during my travel from N.C. to Texas.
But most of the time I drove like a ***** at 55-70 (Sometimes 75). I had to get extremely use to driving this Ex.

And I still drive slow. Every time I am on the road, I am most likely the most hated person.

Guise, I love you all. When i said I am use to my threads getting derailed, usually it just ends up with a bunch of BS in good humor.

Not a serious debate.

Eitherway, MORE OFTEN THEN NOT, my time being in this forum, USUALLY the Excursion is more of a GAS GUZZLER then not. Kudos to those who have better MPG.
I can understand Diesel/Powerstroke being better then unleaded. I can't myself personally do better for MPG in this gasser other then what I have learned.

I forget how big the gas tank is, but one thing I did learn on my travels from N.C. to Texas was, every (when I got to a ) 1/4 tank I filled up (from a fully filled tank) for about $55-60 (Now mind you I was getting gas at around $1.80 per gallon). Which was every 350 miles I stopped (1/4 tank) to fill back to the top.
Highway driving, continious. I don't know my MPG but i'd say for what it was I did good. Though....350 miles for about 20-25 gallons worth of gas...maybe not.

I just became aware of the path this thread took.

Closed for a bit until I clean it up tomorrow.

We all know that sometimes a person who is passionate and knowledgeable can come across in a brash manner. The situation was addressed and i'm hoping that will be the end of it.

I hope the belittling, trash talking, and drama wasn't the only reason you posted.
