Radio Display Out
Original AM-FM cassette radio in my 1987 F250. LED display is out. Any fix to this?

That is an LCD display, not LED. LCD's use a backlight for illumination, and yes you can take the radio apart and replace the bulbs on all older Ford radios, as far as I know.

The bulbs can be replaced. I don't remember the # but this was one of my jobs at the Ford store I worked at since none of the grease monkeys wanted the job....

My '87 owners manual lists bulb 1893 as the replacement number.
