?????Need C-Clip Eliminators 8.8 Truck ?????
Thanks for everyone’s help I'm going to try a few companies on the full floater if that doesn’t work out I’m going to keep the C-Clips for now. I can safely run them until something better comes up or time permits custom modification. At least this doesn’t keep me from fixing the truck this weekend. The real problem is a pinion shaft bearing and I have those and a new 3.73. I just wanted to put in a 3.73 and the eliminators while I had it apart. But don’t let me stop the thread I’ll be more than happy to keep talking rear ends.

The outboard bearings and seals are larger to fit over the larger diameter 31 spline axles and fit in the larger axle tubes. I don't remember if the inboard bearings are the same or not. The carrier is different, as are the side and spider gears and the cross-pin. The C-clips would have to match the groove which is approximately the same as the minor diameter of the splines. On a 31 spline it would necessarily be a bit larger than on a 28.
