check the heater hoses that run across the top of the manifold also. Best to get the motor hot, park and let it idle, then LOOK for the area that is leaking. Besides the manifold, you have a couple hoses, tubes and clamps attaching things.

yes, the coolant runs into the plug hole and shorts out the plug wire to ground.. Pull the wire off, blow out the coolant till dry and reinstall the plug wire. It might run better then. Look in that area for the leak.
