I am in need of several items for my 49 F3 and am debating if I should go to Carlisle PA for the fall show? Since I am only 2.5 hrs away is it a good swap meet for getting parts or is it a new parts vendor show. Will they have various used parts ? I have never attended any of the Carlisle events.

 

Big swap meet, lots of parts, but the weather is not looking good for the weekend so not sure how many vendors will bail out. Vendor spots on grass fields and heavy rains dont mix well together.

 

Thanks, I am thinking of heading down tomorrow, Thursday. I'll have to check the weather. I appreciate the info.

 

Tomorrow seems to be the best day for weather, I will be there......found many parts for my F-3 over the years

Well i really wanted to go to Carlisle today but its heavy rain here moving north. so i think i wont make it.

 

I just came back from Carlisle......not a drop of rain, nice and cool

 

Same here rain just as I left this afternoon. Didn't find the parts I was looking for but it was a good time. Picked up some autobody supplies.
