Carb mounting to intake

With or without EGR valve, with or without Evaporative Emission?

Bill it has neither. There is a bolt plugging the back where the EGR goes ,the evaporative emissions sys is not on these till 74 ? but may have been on California engines but I am just guessing and you probably know what was and wasnt. What I have is a basket case carb 2100 or 2150 2 bbl an the plate for the hoist over the intake manifold was tightened down and 3 pieces ,2 gaskets and a riser plate with the 2 gaskets stuck together. The parts store site shows just 2 pieces and my Hayes Manual shows 3 along with EGR Valve.
