I like the fan the best. I bet that works well, though check for safety in terms of grounding. Also wonder how well it will work on a GFCI outlet. Many people learn the hard way that concrete is a pretty good conductor of electricity.
I always heard those bubble balancers weren't any good (probably said by the people who wanted my money for spin balance?) Although, better than nothing.
