bragging a bit.
Eating right is tough..! I'm not heavy but I was in MUCH better shape last summer. I'm trying to eat less at lunch these days (DPW) and failing at it. So far I'm blaming my coworkers! Keep it up theologian -

Eating right, given the conflicting information available is nearly impossible. There is so much junk marketed as food today - if the foodstuff is junk, you will not be able to avoid increasing weight. There is a lot of research going on just now into trans fats, and the FDA for once have done something right - they recommend you DON'T eat hydrogenated oils, either fully so or partially, because if you do, you will have trans fats deposited round your body, as you can't actually digest the stuff properly.
I wish I could have everyone see the research I am doing, and the research going on all over the world, then the problem would shrink rapidly - The food stuff marketed today is not going to help anyone get thin.
Seriously, anyone wanting information on foodstuff can send me an email, and I will write a synopsis of my research, and if you want them, keywords to search for more info. I have lost over 80lb practicing what I am preaching, it works....
