Is the V10 back?
Saw this in one of the press releases this moring.
The 6.7 Power Stroke V8 diesel, which was updated last year, will be the engine to get. Though the 6.2 gas V8 you might remember from the last Raptor off-road F-150 will still be available. So too will the 6.8 gas V10, probably because U-Haul begged for it, or maybe to be a candidate for a natural gas conversion in the future.
Also saw this:
While we don't know power and performance figures on the Super Duty, Ford says the engine lineup will remain the same, with a 6.2-liter gas V8, 6.8-liter gas V10, and 6.7-liter turbodiesel V8. All three are "improved and upgraded" according to Rathsburg, who wouldn't share further details. The 6.2-liter now comes with a heavy-duty version of Ford's six-speed Torqshift-G tranmission.
Wonder if that is just for 450/550 or if the 2/350 will be an option.
