If you prefer genuine Ford parts, the following sites can provide you with the location and quantity of parts on hand. No account is required, however you will need to know the Ford part number. More often than not, I've been able to locate NOS parts for the same or lesser price than reproductions.

For emblems, you'll probably have to set up a saved search on eBay, be very patient, and then bid generously when NOS or mint ones show up. Restoring pitted emblems is expensive, except maybe in countries with low wages and no hazardous waste laws.
For mechanical parts, chances are good that regular auto parts sources (Rock Auto, local auto parts dealers) either have them or can get them. Same goes for the most common patch panels.
