Shipping stuff

i am parting out my scout and i was wondering where you would recomend shipping big stuff like the top.the only shipping places near me are the post office and mailboxes etc. how muych weight and size does the post office allow and how much does mailboxes etcallow? also who could i call to have them pick up parts and rtake them to someone elses house?

most of the time i pretend i live in bennington vt but in my heart i know i belong in metallicaland.

The USPS, in addition to having customer "service" practices straight out of the Soviet Union, limits you to 70lbs. UPS & FedEx will ship essentially anything you bring them, except for, obviously, dangerous things (ie, forget the gas tank). MBE generally deals with FedEx, UPS, or both.

But why are you parting out that truck?!

well its a 1969 scout 800a aristocrat (one of 2500 ever made) try finding parts for a frame off restoration for one of those. thats why. i want something that people sell parts for. if i brough a door lets say to mbe would they pack it and ship it or just ship it?
