1990 F250 problem

i just put in a 5.0L 302 V8. out of a 89 and hooked up everything back up and now its reving over 3000 RMPs and i cant get it down to under 1500 RPMS. tried changing all the vacumn lines differently and it still wont kick down.

Check your throttle position sensor. Clean if necessary.
