pressure testing hpo system
Just a quick question, when testing the hpo system when you put air to the system and say my standpipes are leaking will i be able to hear the leak from the stand pipe? will it really be noticeable that it is a standpipe problem. by the way this truck is a early build 6.0 powerstroke so it has the straight oil rails.

The real fun begins when realize how long arms come in real handy hooking the air hose up to the ICP port on the early builds.
What are the symptoms that you suspect the stand pipes? Not sure but I don't think the early builds had a lot of issues with stand pipes. That said it's going to be easier to pinpoint things with the vavle covers off if you hear noise coming thru the filler tube or the CCV hole.
Any readings you can post up?
