Help with belts please

I have an 88 Ford f250 with a 7.3 and I need to change the alternator belt. However the problem is that it's at the back, I need to know how to release the tension on the ac belt that's at the front so I can get to it.

This is also my first diesel truck.

Any help would be appreciated

alternator, AC and vacuum pump are all mounted with 2 bolts. one a pivot, and one an adjuster bolt.

you will also need to remove the vacuum pump belt. that is the little thing mounted to the alternator

put the alternator belt on and tighten it first, then tighten the vacuum pump belt.
