2004 F250 CC 8' bed vs 2012 F150 Eco SC 8' bed

I have a 2012 EcoBoost, power is good for towing. I wasn't sure if you are coming froma gas engine or Diese in your F250, but if you are used to diesel, the EcoBoost will use a lot more fuel when towing.
If you are used to the super duty, you may want the tow mirrors.
Payload and tongue weight are key concerns with half tons. Also, you'll need a WD hitch, and possibly something with sway control.
It's a little bit more work to set up a smaller truck to tow large trailers, but it's totally doable.

Get your points,
The F250 is a V10 and I'll probably keep it and put some work into it.
the one I'm looking at is a supercab ecoboost with 3.55 axle rated at 9,600 lbs not max tow of 11,000 lbs. I think it can handle the added trailer with a light truck load.
The Heavy Duty has 3.73 axle and another 400 lbs. bed weight I thought.
