I had bad o rings and a plunger that wasn't working correctly so I decided to do injectors first.. I was hoping to avoid the ic since I never tow.. Guess that was wishful thinking.

First on your list should of been exhaust and intake you mentioned you had high egt wich means you have an egt gauge with that down pipe your going to see high egts regardless of tunes DO YOUR EXHAUST and INTAKE FIRST .

Jarrett, I didn't realize you hadn't modded with your exhaust/DP yet. DO thsoe ASAP. That will help with EGTs and your truck will breathe much better. The cheap way, if you have to, is to remove the CAT and get the DP, AT LEAST. You'll notice a huge difference in performance.

Yeah.. I was waiting to get home before I ordered the exhaust... I couldn't ask my buddy to hold all those boxes for me at his house lol. I'll get on that though. I'm thinking the diamond eye kit

Totally understand. It sucks that so many other mods are needed for injector upgrades. Diamond Eye is a good one. Others will chime in I am sure.

So... New thing. Front tank gets 30psi fuel pressure idling.. Back gets 40.. What's going on there?

Due to the difference in pressures I'd think you have restriction on your shower head in one of the tanks, both pressures are fairly low though, might be worth looking at both, and consider a pump replacement.

What is worrying you in the photo? Not quite sure.. the dimples on the intake plenums? That very common, pretty sure RRD carries inserts for those too, i know for 3" but I don't recall the 2" ones.

I kind of don't have a choice.. I commute 45 minutes/day and my other vehicle is a less than dependable 76 f250... I've been watching the gauge closely, and I'm getting 45-60psi out of the good tank while running, 45 while idling. If I get on the juice, it will drop to 20-25.

I was worried about the dented plenum and cracked fuel lines. Already got replacement lines.

Efuel is becoming more and more attractive... Research time I guess... Lol

Oh, and thank you everyone for your help and input. I really really do appreciate it a heck of a lot. I

I thought 45psi idling was normal?... I'm not using the bad tank until I can fix it.
