First on your list should of been exhaust and intake you mentioned you had high egt wich means you have an egt gauge with that down pipe your going to see high egts regardless of tunes DO YOUR EXHAUST and INTAKE FIRST .

Due to the difference in pressures I'd think you have restriction on your shower head in one of the tanks, both pressures are fairly low though, might be worth looking at both, and consider a pump replacement.
What is worrying you in the photo? Not quite sure.. the dimples on the intake plenums? That very common, pretty sure RRD carries inserts for those too, i know for 3" but I don't recall the 2" ones.

I kind of don't have a choice.. I commute 45 minutes/day and my other vehicle is a less than dependable 76 f250... I've been watching the gauge closely, and I'm getting 45-60psi out of the good tank while running, 45 while idling. If I get on the juice, it will drop to 20-25.
I was worried about the dented plenum and cracked fuel lines. Already got replacement lines.
Efuel is becoming more and more attractive... Research time I guess... Lol
