Does it still read FICM volts at 41 volts? That Is what worried me, Did finally get the answer for that.
Its a nice truck, I really liked it. Hope all goes well with it from now on.

No. New FICM installed. It was at 37 Volts. The SCT reads FICM Ignition Voltage. Not the same as I understand it.

Also new HPOP, IPR, and other assorted high dollar fixes.

The live wire TS has three different FICM volts. The one you want id FICM main internal injection volts.

I get that also. You might ask one of the Mods for some help on
finding where it went to. I even tried a search and came up with sip.

Here is the Quote from the bill .......

"Verified concern found FICM blown out and vehicle has and (SIC) ICP leak performed air test found small leak on valve cover driver side and big leak in rear of engine. removed IPR Valve found clogged with debris and lots of dirt. removed oil cooler to inspect screen found screen torn and lots of dirt in system. Replaced oil cooler screen re installed oil cooler replaced high PSI Pump and IPR performed second air test found second leak at drivers side dummy plug removed and replaced both dummy plugs retest vehicle working properly at this time."

I see by the parts list they replaced the Engine Control - EEC at $746.75 The Fuel Pressure Regulator at $278.32, and the Fuel Pump Assembly at $804.50

There were other charges and deductions but I assume the above to be the HPOP, IPR, and FICM.

There was additional service including a full vehicle inspection, Oil/Lube, Free wash, and tow.

Excuse the English but the quote is from the bill as written by the service tech

The bottom line is the truck ran perfect returning home. The King Ranch is indeed a Cowboy Cadillac, and we now have a little more than average retail into the truck, which we love and it runs like a dream. Even better than before and starts right up. I have changed my SCT Livewire TS to Display FICM numbers and Bat Voltages. With some of the other things this truck has (Studs, Water Filter, Newer Oil Cooler) it should give us years of service and at 68 years old I expect it to be my last truck.

None of the above looks like the hpop but glad it's running for you. Nothing like a fine running 6.0.

Nothing wrong with replacing it all when it is apart. I don't remember it being studed when I drove it. Do you want a hand figuring out the sct? I can talk you through checking it out

Strange that the text of your repair from the dealer doesn't quite match the parts -- did I miss it or was the STC fitting replaced in there somewhere? That can also be an HPO problem and if they were in that deep should have done, or perhaps it would already be on a new HPOP? My guess is they meant High Pressure Oil Pump and not Fuel Pump Assembly (although it is in a way...).

Anybody know if a new Ford '05+ HPOP comes with the solid branch tube connector (STC fix) on it?

With a few fixes, the 6.0 is a great motor with an already fabulous Automatic behind it...

This is the explanation for the 41 Volts
I texted the mechanic . He said there was a 58 volt ficm in there and a resister was installed so the pcm would see a lower voltage and not trigger a CEL. That ficm was replaced with a BPD 6 phase 48 volt ficm but the resister is still in there so that is why the livewire is seeing only 41 volts

He just had the studs done before we bought it.

Maybe when I get a little time we are getting ready for another road trip. I have the SCT Manual, but there are a few things I am not seeing.

Must have found it because I stay at 48 volts plus or minus .5 now.

Looks like they replaced the whole FICM and not just the power board. That should have got ride of the resistor.
