Locally my parts store wants $92 for a 2G REMAN! I converted to a 3G using all new for $122 and that's including buying a spare inline charge fuse! I wouldn't screw with the 2G at all. I tried to rebuild mine and what a waste of time it was.
Thanks for your responses guys, I had mine rebuilt locally three years ago and decided to open it myself this time it went out. I'll look up the 3G conversion threads
